- Description
- Franz Hartmann's spiritual adventure follows a weary scholar who escapes city life to explore the Tyrolian Alps. Guided by a mysterious dwarf, he discovers a hidden Rosicrucian colony where Adepts teach the distinction between artificial intellect and natural wisdom. Through visions of past lives and alchemical secrets, the narrator learns that true spirituality requires resisting temptation and returning to one's natural state, offering a profound critique of modern education and a path to inner peace.
